There is no such grouping in Cite HR. 99% interact with each other on this forum. If someone has not replied to your query, it does not mean there is grouping.

I don't agree with you. If your mail didn't get any reply, then it doesn't mean that others reply to their group only. No reply may indicate that others don't have any answers or suggestions for your query.

Don't get frustrated if none of the people didn't reply. You are here to interact with all HR professionals. But it takes time, or they simply can't give answers. It should be a valid one. We may not be getting correct answers to give, that's it. No groupism at all here on CiteHR.

I can understand when you say you expect some answers, but there may be some reasons due to which people didn't reply to your post. Maybe those who came across it were not from the same industry you were asking about, or perhaps they did not have enough information to guide you. So, get out of the opinion that everyone here has their groups; some may have, but not all. Hope you are satisfied now.
