Respected Sir/Madam, A survey is being conducted by me on the study of leadership styles adopted in various industries as a part of our curriculum for the fulfillment of the requirements of the MBA course. The study is based on Bill Reddin's 3-D Theory of Managerial Effectiveness. The aim of the study is to determine the leadership styles adopted in various industries and if there is any similarity in styles adopted for organizations of a particular industry.
