A survey is being conducted by me on study of leadership styles adopted in various industries as a part of our curriculum for fulfilment of the requirements of the MBA course. The study is based on Bill Reddin's 3-D Theory of Managerial effectiveness. The aim of the study is to determine the leadership styles adopted in various industries and if there is any similarity in styles adopted for organisations of a particular industry.

I have not perused your questionnaire. Still, here a bit of advice. To improve the response rate, it is preferable to post a web-based questionnaire. It will save time for respondents; it is a bit much to expect us to download your file, answer the questions, save the document and send it back as an attachment which others can access.
