Hussain Zulfikar
Dear Parvez
I m looking for various Labour Law Acts in india, the ones which are frequently used by HRs, acts related to Manufacturing and IT / ITes Industry.
I also want to ask, is there a different act or law for IT / ITes industry or are they clubbed in service sector laws, however I wud like to have some material on this topics.
Can you recommend some books which I can refer. specially with layman terms in laws, as the technical law terminilogy makes the concept very confusing to understand.
Thanking in anticipation
Best Wishes

Dear Sreedevi,
As far as point number one is concerned, its 100% applicable to private sector too and with regards to point number 2, it applies to establishment which does not employ more than 9 employee. They will be exempted on scheduled act which is mentioned in schedule of act to make a common returns and make records.
