• He shall be responsible for assisting the customer in making their buying decision
• He shall be responsible for meeting individual and store targets
• He shall be responsible for maintaining the reports on fast moving and non moving articles.
• He shall acts as an educator to cater to the needs of the customer.
• He shall be responsible for maintaining Visual merchandising and hygiene
• He shall be responsible for adhering to policies, systems and procedures.
• He shall be present at store opening and personally supervise the opening and closing of the shop at fixed time.
• He shall be governed by the rules, regulation and office orders in force and framed by the company from time to time in relation to his/her service condition
• He shall be reporting to the store manger/floor supervisor and carry out their lawful orders in the discharge of their duties.
