How Do You Create and Evaluate Personality Questions? MBA Student Seeks Guidance

I am Sandeep Kumar, an MBA student. I need your help. Can anybody provide me with some notes on exploring personality questions? How do we form these questions, and how do we evaluate personality based on them? Please help me out. I would be thankful to you.

Where are you studying and in which mode? What is the idea behind exploring a person's personality? If the research is for your final project, where do you intend to conduct your study and what are its aims and objectives? Do you not have a tutor guide in your institution who is supposed to provide you with directions and assistance?
