Cost: Get quotes from 3 to 5 hospitals / doctors and you will get rough idea about the cost. Then go for negotiation talks and finalise the cost effective hospital.
Doctor: Doctor should be experienced in handling the cases.
Quality: Quality should not be compromised with the cost. Only then the results can be trust-worthy.
