Struggling with My First Appraisal Form: Can You Help Me Fill It Out?

sumithra.v
Hi all,

I am working for a software company as a developer and have been with the company for 8 months now. I have been asked to fill in details for my appraisal, and I am a bit confused about KRA and KPA. Specifically, I am unsure about what to fill in for KRA, KPA, Appraise Comments. Can you provide some samples to guide me in this process?

Regarding other contributions, what should I include under Knowledge Management and Initiatives in other areas?

In the Competency section, I have covered communication, interpersonal skills, and analytical skills. However, I am uncertain about what to write for solution design skills and documentation skills.

Lastly, what should I mention under Support from superiors? As a fresher, I am unsure about how to address these columns. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you all.

1. Knowledge management's main aim is to preserve the data of employees even after they leave your organization so that any kind of havoc can be avoided, and the new joiner doesn't have to start from scratch.

2. Initiatives - You have to mention your awareness regarding other domains apart from your own.

3. Documentation skills - Again, how well have you kept all the relevant records.

4. Support from seniors - Only you can answer this :-)

Regards
