Seeking Help: How to Impress Senior Management with a Recruitment Challenges Presentation?

Currently, I am working as a Manager of Recruitment for an IT services company in Hyderabad. Next week, I am scheduled to deliver a presentation to our Senior Management, which will be attended by our MD, Directors, and Controller of Finance.

For the last six months, I have been in the thick of interviews and strategizing on recruitments, and I have learned quite a few things. Many times we rely on the material available in books and on the internet, but the ground reality is often quite different. I plan to publish my learnings in the near future.
