If your establishment is covered under Shops and Commercial Establishments, the minimum wages for shops and commercial establishments would apply. The details of the slab rate and DA rates can be availed from the Office of the Commissioner of Labour, Teynampet, Chennai 18, or a printed book containing minimum wages for all trades, which is available with Sitaraman Allied Services, Royapettah High Road, Chennai.
