Can anyone suggest the best team-building activities that can provide relaxation for all the employees who work late nights and weekends?

Team building activities are nothing but building the bonding within the team. They are usually done with the group along with the team manager. The team would go out of the city and stay for a day or two. The best method is to stay in a tent rather than in a twin apartment. In a tent, 5-8 people can stay together. The facilitator would decide who has to stay with whom. The facilitator would bring in a lot of team activities by dividing the group into 3 or 4 and then beginning the activity. Each group will have its leader, communicator, and observer. Freelancers conduct these activities, and they are often held in places like Coorg, Ooty, Kodaikanal, and hilly terrains.

I think frequent picnics for office people and camping can be good exercises. You may try it. It would be an outing with team-building activities. In our organization, there is a picnic arranged at the beach by the management for team building. You can start this practice at your end too.
