Learning Hindi is possible through the Central Hindi Directorate in New Delhi via their Distance Education program with nominal fees.
Session Details
- Certificate Course in Hindi, Diploma Course in Hindi, and Advanced Diploma Course in Hindi are each of one-year duration, and the session commences every July.
- Prabodh, Praveen, and Pragya courses are each of one-year duration, and the session commences every January.
- Civil Service Course in Hindi is also of one-year duration, with the session starting every December.
- The Basic Course in Hindi is a 60-hour program. Classes are held thrice a week from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Directorate premises.
