I have been working in a company for the last 6 months. Now, I have received an offer from a logistics company (CHA). Please guide me on whether it is good to change fields from printing & packaging to logistics. Additionally, I am curious about the future prospects in the logistics industry.

One more thing I want to ask is that I am not getting the payslip, and the appointment letter is four months after the date of my joining. Additionally, my salary is being deposited in cash into my Savings Account. This is also the reason why I want to part ways with this company.

Please suggest to me how I can obtain proof of my employment because I will need it when joining another organization.

It seems like there is some internal problem in your company. I guess on this site, there are many posts regarding the same issue. You can search, and you will have the answer. If not, then I am sure seniors/mod will definitely assist you.
