I am pursuing a degree course(Regular) in Masters in Business Administration , majors HR from Delhi,India. I have been working on a project report on finding a relation between emotional intelligence and job involvement. I have been working on it from past 3 months and I have not been able to get a good questionnaire for my analysis purpose.

Thanks for the article but i have read that already. I am focusing my relation of EI & JI in software Industry in India. That means my topic is , "EI & JI: A Comparative study on Low Level and Middle Level Managers in Software Industry". I have finished a the research work as I have been working on it from a while now.
