New to PF Annual Returns? Need Step-by-Step Guidance and Urgent Help!

Dear members, as all of you know, in the coming year 2011, we have to submit the PF annual return. I recently joined a new company last month, and I am tasked with preparing the PF annual return. This is my first time handling this task, and I do not have much knowledge about it.

I kindly request all of you to help me with regards to the PF annual return. Could you please inform me about the forms that should be used, the calculations required for each form, where these should be sent, and provide the formulas for the calculations? I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with a detailed step-by-step guide to successfully completing the PF annual return.

I would be extremely grateful for your assistance. Please respond promptly as this is very urgent. If there is an Excel format available for this task, please forward it to me.

You have to prepare Form 3A for every employee's monthly contribution details and Form 6A for all employees in the company. Additionally, you need to provide the challan details that you submit monthly to the bank. Apart from this, please submit the same information on a CD in the Fox Pro version.

If your company is non-exempt, then you have to deposit Form 3A and Form 6A to your PF office. If your company is exempt, then you need to deposit Form 7 and Form 8 PS.
