Seeking Recommendations for Correspondence PG Diploma in Industrial Relations or Labour Law for HR Career Growth

I am pursuing a correspondence MBA in HR from MD University and working at XXX Product Ltd in Rohad Bahadurgarh as an Assistant Trainer in the HRD Department. Can you suggest any other courses that would be beneficial for me in the future in HRD? I am interested in doing a postgraduate diploma in Industrial Relations or Labour Law to gain good exposure in the HR field. Annamalai University offers this program, but it is not available for study in Delhi. Could anyone help me by providing the names of good universities that offer a correspondence PG diploma in Industrial Relations or Labour Law?

You may go for a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management offered by Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan's College located in Bahadurganj or New Delhi. The program covers an in-depth study of Industrial and Labour laws. I am a faculty member at a similar college in Nagpur.

I think MD University is also offering a PG Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Laws. Back when we graduated, it was a one-year diploma. Please check with the officials for the latest information.

MD University provides only three degree courses. I will check, and then I will reply to you. Thank you for this suggestion.

I would like to add that Madurai Kamaraj University (Distance Education) offers a Master's course, i.e., M.A. in Labour Management. The program covers Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, and Training & Development as subjects. Additionally, you would be required to submit a project in the second year as partial fulfillment of the course. Kindly check out the study centers convenient to you on the MKU site.
