TO THE PF OFFICE DWARKA,NEWDELHI.
It is with tremendous regret I have to inform you that despite couriering my PF documents to your office about an year back,& despite the courier(First Flight )P.O.D saying documents delivered, your office could not give me the status. I later came to know that since you were shifting from Wazirpur to Dwarka,the document was not delivered to your Dwarka office. How can a govt. body act so irresponsibly, because until we get the new address(which was not in your website),me like many other people would have sent to the address registered in the website(surprisingly there was no forwarding mechanism of documents from old office to new office & more astonishingly there were no phone no.s available for the new office.!!!
More alarmingly, after that ,despite placing my PF form fully filled with all the documents, by physically going to your Dwarka office in April in person &( your office provided a Hindi inland card with my PF Account no. as a proof of receipt),I am yet to get the disbursal from your side. I left my last company-Sapphire Insurance Agencies on 18th January 2010,so it is more than one & half years gone without me realizing my due, but more alarmingly despite submitting the forms hand to hand in your Dwarka office ,your online status system shows” record not found" against my a/c no. Addding to this, when I physically checked on the status by going to your Dwarka office again(it’s virtually impossible to go to Delhi from kolkata every time to check the status) 1 month ago, I was told that the papers were sent to Kolkata & status will appear soon on the online status portal. But predictably it is status quo, online status system still shows”record not found" against my a/c no .How long will your office continue to harass people in need like me?? Do I need to go to Delhi every week from Kolkata or take a temporary residency or put up a camp in your office till my dues get settled??
I request you to solve this matter & disburse my claim asap , failing which, I will be left with no alternative but to escalate the matters to GOI ministry &authorities, e.g. Finance minister, Chief minister, (central & state),ministry of consumer grievances & even PMO.
