How To Terminate On Health Grounds? He Had Worked For 18 Yrs, Now Medically Unfit

Dear all,
I am Rajeev working with Sasco in Qatar HR department. Need a help .
One employee working as superviser for 18 years with the companey foud unfit because of his health problem .
Kindly requesting you all to help me to make a termination letter for this employee due to healthproblem.

Can u share more detail about the person on what ground u feel he is medically unfit?
see if he is medical unfit then tell him to bring medical fitness .
if he will unable to give medical fitness on that ground u can terminate them. if u have your own company medical then it will help u more..
