Need Quick Help with Recommendations for My Recruitment Analysis Project Due Monday!

sonal khurana
I have to submit my project by Monday. Please find attached my analysis. If you all could help me with findings and recommendations, I would be really grateful. I did a project on the analysis of the recruitment and selection process. I interviewed new joiners based on a questionnaire to gather their views about it. Please assist me in providing recommendations as soon as possible. Thank you a ton.

If you don't mind, could you please elaborate on how you feel the survey is being contradictory? This will help me prepare for my presentation tomorrow. Thank you.

Hi there,

I somewhere feel that if the candidates surveyed are freshers, a mix of candidates would have been ideal. It could have comprised freshers, AMs, Managers, VPs. It could have helped if the number of candidates were more, as the data could have been more reliable.

I have been taking interviews for the past three years, and despite explaining the profile, role, and responsibilities in depth in the first round, the candidates have still mentioned that they are not aware of their role and responsibilities. If 59% of employees feel that the recruitment process was ideal, then how can they say that they were not explained the profile? That's contradictory. In today's trend, even freshers understand the profile before accepting an offer.

Just my thoughts, but the way you have made the project is really good. All the best for tomorrow, dear.

Hello Sonal:

The pie chart depicts that the majority of respondents are not satisfied with their current post and position, constituting 59% of new joiners in the last 6 months. 41% were satisfied with their post and position in the company.

That is about right for employers that do not hire for talent. Perhaps a short discussion of hiring for talent would help?

Hi Sonal,

It is no doubt interesting. Do you have any questionnaire that was used, or were you very specific in asking questions to the candidates? When we carry out these kinds of surveys, we normally use disguised questionnaires so that candidates do not give preconceived answers. Can you attach the questionnaire with the report?

Hi,

I can help you if you could email me the sample size, how the sample was selected, and the personal details of respondents like department, age (30-40), years of experience, salary, marital status, etc., if you have collected them.

Please let me know at the earliest so that I can assist you.

With regards,
Shibu
