I don't think if your salary is $24,945, you are eligible for ESIC, and PT is $200 if you are in Maharashtra. The basic salary is typically 50% or 40% of your gross salary, but this can vary from company to company. Similarly, the Business Development incentive also varies depending on the company. Please correct me if I am wrong.
