Activities For Spoken English

Dear All,
I am going to conduct spoken english training for school children ranging from STD 5 to STD 12.
Could any one guide me with the best possible activities to make the training session really effective

1. Vocabulary improvement
2. Speaking on public topics
3. Group Discussion
4. Slang
5. Difference in UK english and US english
6. Grammer (if required)
7. Keywords (Word groups, Word always come in groups, starter statement,...)
There are lot more. Only thing is you have to make the students involved in the activites else the outcome will be less.
