Moving to Melbourne: How Can I Secure an HR Job with My Recruitment Experience?

Hi, myself Namrata from Mumbai. I have 4 years of experience in recruitment and am pursuing an HR diploma. I have not completed my graduation, but I have good experience in recruitment. Currently, I am working in a reputed chemical manufacturing company as an HR Executive in the Recruitment department. I am not from a convent school background; I am from a vernacular medium. However, now I can communicate with candidates better than before. In a year, I am planning to move to Melbourne, Australia, with my husband. I am seeking advice on the scope of HR there and how I can secure a job. I am more inclined towards a generalist profile and do not wish to work in consultancy. With my current experience, can I find a job in a city in Australia? What additional steps should I take to increase my chances of getting a job there? Your suggestions are greatly appreciated.
