Dear All,
Can company increase the existing notice period plocy from one month to three months,as we received email stating that extension of notice period from one month to three months irrespective of appointement letter.
Please suggest me solutions for following few questions.
1. Whether it is applicable to existing employees working from past two or three years in company?
2.Whether the revised policy is valid according to any act? If yes, name the act.
3.If we got any better opportunity, then what we have to do if they(new company) don`t wait for us till our completion of three months notice period. In such cases we may loose our better life/carrer?
