I want to design the HR Manual for my company. What are the different modules required. Can any body provide a model for HR manual.

I uploaded one file. But right now, it can not. So that, if you want some files related you can see files at sidebar or seach citehr with keywords related and file types: docs, pdf, ppt..

When you use internet explorer, pls pay attention to sidebar. You can see articles related, pdf or ppt file…you can find out your info.

Dear All,
Can company increase the existing notice period plocy from one month to three months,as we received email stating that extension of notice period from one month to three months irrespective of appointement letter.
Please suggest me solutions for following few questions.
1. Whether it is applicable to existing employees working from past two or three years in company?
2.Whether the revised policy is valid according to any act? If yes, name the act.
3.If we got any better opportunity, then what we have to do if they(new company) don`t wait for us till our completion of three months notice period. In such cases we may loose our better life/carrer?
