Hi all, I want to design the HR Manual for my company. What are the different modules required? Can anybody provide a model for an HR manual?

- Performance Management Policy
- Compensation Policy
- IT Policy
- Discipline Policy
- Employee Benefits (covering Medical Policy, LTA, Travel Allowance, and any other allowances given to employees)
- Work Ethics Policy
- Harassment/Sexual Harassment Policy
