Hi Adrian, DA stands for "Dearness Allowance." It has been determined by the Commissioner of Labour, Government of Tamil Nadu, based on the average Consumer Price Index for Chennai city for the year 2010.

Is there anyone who can support with any information on where to get the latest minimum wage rates for different states of India?
