Really a gruel accident. Man only invented machines but should be handled very carefully otherwise will become devil to our own lives.

It was a realy very hard see this pictures.......
I also from medical department but not seen like this accident still in my carrier...

Attached the ppt of horrible HV Accident.
At various job sites we come across many High Voltage installations/equipment's of customer or third party.
Please make yourself aware of such Highly Hazardous equipment's, maintain SAFE distance and never handle them yourself.
Also please communicate to all colleagues for their Safety.

Anyone please let me know how to view the document. cos, when am trying to download it is, but not opening the content.

I am saddened by what i just saw ,my appeal to all who handle such machines and whose nature of job reqires good situational awareness to be more careful no matter how competent you may be but complacency puts you at high risk level .
Its not only yourself you need to think about but keep in mind the people who are connected with you .

We have to follow safety rules on the job and off the job very carefully.
In moving parts / machinery we have to be very alert.
