Hi, I am working in the manufacturing industry. We are planning to introduce performance incentives for all our employees. Kindly advise on how to prepare the policy for these incentives. Can I fix the incentive based on job descriptions, or how should I proceed? Kindly advise. I am expecting your suggestions.

Performance Incentives Based on Production Targets

Performance incentives are based on the production target on a monthly basis. If you have achieved it, you can receive an incentive based on the slab system. This serves as a motivating factor for employees.

Get the target month-wise from the TOP Management. Once the target is achieved (planned vs. actual), incentives may be added to the employees based on their skill level. Unskilled - $1000, Semi-skilled - $1200, and Skilled - $1500, etc.
