How Do You Turn Classroom Training into Engaging E-Learning? Seeking Advice!

Can anyone please tell me what the process would be to convert an ILT or classroom-based training program to a web-based training program/e-learning?

Dear Siddharth,

Can I suggest that you do not do a straight conversion of materials? E-learning is a well-defined discipline. Some things work in it very well, others don't. Taking classroom materials and putting them straight online is unlikely to succeed.
