Legal Notice To My Employer

Dear sir/madam,
i want to send legal notice to my employer, i was a victim of cheap politics of top management. Now i am not getting a new job because people feel that i was a part of political game, but i was just a victim of politics, nothing else.
Kindly help me to draft a warning letter to managing director of my company for legal action.

There is a better way of making people realize their mistakes without spoiling your image.............Please dont let negative thoughts occupy your mind.......it can destroy your immune system as well...........
