How Can I Draft a Legal Notice to My Employer After Being Caught in Office Politics?

Dear Sir/Madam, I want to send a legal notice to my employer. I was a victim of the cheap politics of the top management. Now, I am not getting a new job because people feel that I was a part of a political game, but I was just a victim of politics, nothing else. Kindly help me to draft a warning letter to the managing director of my company for legal action.
