I am impressed with the visual representation. I have had many consultants work with me over the years, and one thing I know from the customer viewpoint is that consultants tend to over-complicate. While the full tree is representative of your concept, I would also show the tree with just one problem and then all the root causes for that specific problem. This would allow the customer to see how your concept can be applied to a specific issue.
