As I mentioned in my previous email, I am conducting a Bosses survey within the organization as it becomes increasingly important to gauge the level of satisfaction of our employees with their bosses. It is often rightly said that "employees leave bosses/managers and not the organization." The survey is anonymous and confidential.
Employees need to kindly fill out the form and place it in the dropbox in an envelope labeled with the name of your department only, without mentioning their name, to ensure the survey is anonymous and confidential.
