Rather than seeking good answers from us, please draft your responses from the works that you have accessed, and then we can help you to improve upon that. For example, in response to your question on the importance of versatility, please see http://www.google.co.uk/#hl=en&x...f99d2472df77d5 and draft your response. I found two very interesting perspectives on versatility there at <link no longer exists - removed> and http://www.diplomatojob.com/batter-u...vel-workplace/.

Have a nice day.

Dear Simhan, thank you very much for your response and the links to the articles. I am expected to gather information about versatility from an HRM point of view. My lecturer has provided the following points:

Versatility is important in today's world because:

- Employees tend to overlearn.
- The organizational structure offers limited scope for promotions, leading many individuals to remain in the same roles for extended periods.
- Employees resist change, hindering organizational progress.
- To make more talent available to organizations, etc.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could suggest additional points that would assist me in presenting my answers in a different manner to achieve higher marks.

Regards,
Kanchan
