EPF Rate Of Interest Declared For The Year 2010-11

Labour Ministry has declared 9.5% as Employees Provident Fund interest for the year 2010-11. The relevant circular from Labour Secretary is attached

I am looking out for the Rate of Interest for the past 30 years to compute EPF benefits for a deceased person. There was no alive nominee and under dispute on account of legal heir.
