I am an experienced Trainer for Salesforce delivering training for the last 2.5years. From the training of new hires on the CRM and preparing them for the ADM201 Cert to additional Mentoring or handling Tier2 queries as well as implementing business processes, that`s all no problem. I am 201ADM certified as well.
I am an expert for CRM customization and delivery of Salesforce training. Any areas are welcome and consulting included!
