Thanks for response, but I need the format which is automatecally generated with Salary Statement / Pay Slip / PF (Form 3A & 6 / & ESI (Half yearly Return) statements. (Ex. If you typed the salary particulars in Salary Statement its automatically generated with other particular as above)
