Thank you for your response, but I require the format that is automatically generated with the Salary Statement / Pay Slip / PF (Form 3A & 6) and ESI (Half-yearly Return) statements. For example, if you input the salary particulars in the Salary Statement, it should be automatically generated with the other particulars as mentioned above.
