Hello to all. Based on the attached job description as an example, how do I create the key performance indicators for this? What format should I use?

Step 1
Break down the JD into 'Key Objectives'. Sample Key Objectives based on your JD:
- Nurture staff and provide leadership.
Objectives:
- Manage all staff within the Section...
- Optimize the use of available resources...
- Perform periodic performance appraisals...

Step 2
