Campus to Corporates
Joe: Start simple, think elementary, take baby steps, and stay focused.
Campus is like a warehouse of raw materials, with some knowledge, knowing something but not knowing what. There is confusion, sometimes aimlessness but ambition as well. They are young, energetic, and resourceful, yet unsure of how to tap into their potential. They are willing to learn and listen, provided the trainer is a searchlight, a motivator who arouses their curiosity. They are like clay, and the trainer, like a potter, molds them into corporate leaders.
You lead them from darkness to daylight by showing and inculcating corporate culture, behavior, etiquette, discipline, communication, team playing, listening, leading, understanding, performing, achieving, and eventually growing.
Wishing you success in becoming an original successful trainer.
