How Do You Conduct Fair Performance Appraisals in Hospitality with More Junior Staff?

Hi all, could anybody please tell me how we can conduct performance appraisals in the hospitality industry, where there are more lower-level staff than senior staff? For example, the housekeeping department has a larger number of employees compared to other departments.

I agree that before conducting a performance appraisal, you need to specify which hospitality industry you are in because the skills or criteria used for performance appraisal may vary slightly.

We are dealing with service apartments that we acquire from the owners and sublease to clients. Additionally, we are also involved in real estate. We have our own marketing team, business development managers, area managers, supervisors, butlers, and housekeepers. Therefore, I am looking to initiate a performance appraisal for our employees.
