I need to send final reminder letters to employees across the company requesting them to provide proof of investments made during the current financial year in order to calculate TDS for the current financial year, i.e., April 10 to March 11. It needs to be smart but polite. Will anybody suggest the way I need to write so that none is hurt or gets ill feelings?

Thanks, I have one problem. Is there a specific slab for the company to deduct ESI and PF? I think every company has a different slab for deduction. So, please help me.
