Criteria for Selecting the Best Employee
For the best employee, we have the following criteria. From each branch, each Branch Manager first recommends two employees based on parameters such as attitude, job knowledge, discipline, and punctuality. After that, HR's rating is done. These parameters are assessed on a 1-10 point scale. By combining these ratings from the Branch Manager and HR, the employee with the highest average score receives the "Best Employee of the Month" award.
