I am in the process of preparing an induction PowerPoint (PPT) for the new joiners. Can anyone help me with the format of the PPT—what areas should it cover? I would be thankful.

Don't forget to include your company's SHE Policy, the expectations of management from employees regarding the Safety Management System, and their responsibilities towards safety in the Induction Program. We need to strengthen and clarify the concept from the first day itself.

- Welcome note to the new joiners
- Sharing the organization's mission, vision, and values
- Making them aware of the organization's culture, structure, and position in the industry
- Providing an organogram or org chart of the organization
- Briefing on the leadership team
- Information on career progression
- Highlighting the organization's achievements

At the end, do gather feedback from the new recruits about the induction process; it will help you improve your approach.
