My organization is planning ERP implementation this year, and in the pre-implementation stage, we propose to organize change management programs for our employees. At the onset, we plan to hold workshops for our senior management and the implementation team so that they can drive the change management process throughout the organization, ensuring that these critical stakeholders speak a common language. By conducting these programs, we expect 'buy-in' from the key players as well as sensitivity to understand the potential resistance or resentment that may arise due to the ERP implementation process.
I seek your help in suggesting a senior, seasoned, and dynamic faculty for the above program. The faculty should preferably be Delhi/NCR-based for ease of operability. Kindly send me your response at the earliest.
