What Is The Latest Ceiling For Pf Act? - XLS Download

Dear All,
I have read in many posts and magazines too regarding the wage ceiling of PF to be changed from 6500/- (Basic) to 15000/-(Basic) soon?
Kindly let me know whether the ceiling has been changed or it will be effective 1 April 2011.

The ceiling salary is still Rs. 6500. Also no decision being taken to hike ceiling limit w.e.f 01.04.2011.

the ceiling of P.F. limit is still Rs. 6500/- there is no change in this limit the only change is made that if there is no contribution in P.F. account for 36 month the accruing of interest on P.F. will be stopped w.e.f. 1st April, 2011

Do anybody have the PF Forms, can you share it .which form I have to use to provide employees details to department

We refer the News of ESIC amendment in slab which was raised to a maximum slab of Rs. 15000 instead of earlier Rs. 10000 from 01.05.2010.



In this context I would like to have a suggestion to you to increase the PF slab also as the current PF slab is Rs. 6500 since long. Now due to the global financial situation it is very necessary to amend this slab because at the time of retirement at the age of 58 employee working in a private sector will get very nominal amount. It will be very hard for a person to run his family with PF amount and pension amount what he will get as per the current slab



As you are aware inflation rates are in upward trend and rates of all the necessary items has increased steeply. How can an average middle class Indian can fulfill his basic requirements from above PF amount when he retires.



I think government should change the policy and take some more effective actions keeping in mind long time inflation rate. You can understand the critical position of a person retiring at the age of 58 especially private sector employees.



Government should think about middle class family. “Poor are becoming poor day by day”



Expecting some amendments in PF slab in the new Fiscal Year.

Please advise me how PF monthly returns prepared to submit the Pf Office with Challan, returns should be Monthly are yearly?

Attached PF Monthely Remitence formet,Every month on before on 15th submit to SBI bank and collet the form after 2 to 3 days attached form 5 and form 10 with challan copy submit to PF office in monthely(this for Monthely Remitence)yearly Return with form 3A in the month of March

Please search "pfregister" on this site, i think your every problem will be solve about pf clallan, monthly return, and yearly (including form 3 -a, revised etc.)

is there any amendment regarding the epf ceiling?
plz clarify i heard that the EPF ceiling is increased to ten thousand
is it real???

As far as as ceiling of P.F. enhancement up to Rs.10,000/- it is still under consideration but till date it has not been effective
