Hi, I'm Shams, doing my MBA final year. Which topic will be good to choose for the project? I'm actually confused about the topics listed below and don't know which one to choose:

1) Employee satisfaction
2) Stress management of employees
3) Work-life balance
4) Performance management

Please suggest a good topic for me to select, one for which data will be easily available for me to access online, including questionnaires and all.

According to you, which topic will be good to choose as my specialization is HR? Nowadays, recruitment and selection topics have become common for all. I want to choose a topic that will be useful. Please suggest some topics from your side.

I have seen your private message. You need to choose a topic based on certain criteria:

1. Rank the topics in descending order of your passion for it.
2. Discuss with the mentor where you are likely to do the project what their needs are (again rank them in the order of importance).
3. Consider the accessibility to resources. For example, if your study requires quantitative studies or cause-and-effect studies, do you have access to software, knowledge of statistical tests, or help with those? Consider factors like time and money, especially if a large-scale survey is required.

Would BHEL be a good option for the project as it is a government sector organization? Also, are consultancies a better choice than other companies for these projects?
