Greetings,

The onboarding is coupled with induction and orientation program. It entirely depends on how your organization wants the employees to be groomed and trained. Ideally, this is a phase that begins the stage of learning and unlearning. Hence, every activity is planned keeping that in mind.

1. There are administrative-based activities, including generating employee IDs, I-Cards, etc.
2. HR activities such as filling out forms, HR policies, and benefits.
3. Finally, training, which includes culture building through presentations, leadership addresses, different training games, and team-based projects to help the employees understand their new organizations.
