Details of returns filed under the applicable labour laws

I am working as Accountant in Travel industry.So i am looking for a good MIS format that should be more suit to me .

dear seniors,
please guide me is there any limit of interest of loan in the computation??
i mean to say that if my salary is 3 lac and intereston loan is 176245/-.
now full interest is tax free or any limit?
i am also in accounts department but i am not able to search a answer for it.
