One of the best employee engagement initiatives is conducting focus group discussions and working on action items for process improvements. This initiative improves bonding, trust, and relationships. However, the group size should not exceed 10. Having a clear agenda may be an area where you are looking for improvement. Try it out; it'll work.

You can start an activity called "Funoholic board," where you can put childhood pictures of an employee and let other employees guess who he/she is. After some days, put the current picture of that employee. We are doing the same in our organization.
