Hi senior, is there a standard computation for salary increments based on the results of performance evaluations? Our evaluation is based on a scoring system. I would like to propose to our management a corresponding increase for the following scoring results:
EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS (100%): 4 – 4.9
MEETS EXPECTATIONS (75%): 3 – 3.9
NEEDS IMPROVEMENT (50%): 2 – 2.9
UNACCEPTABLE (below 50%): 1 – 1.9
I would appreciate it if you could send me a sample of your computation.
