Work at Height - What kind of electrical jobs need not be covered by Electrical Work Permit?

I would like to know whether height allowance shall be given to the construction workman who are working more than 10 meter heights.

This is purely depend upon organization to organization.. Some organization may have internal standard of giving such kind of incentives for increasing the productivity and for increasing the morale of the workers... As such no guidelines or rules existing for such requirement as per my understanding...
