Please let me know what the different types of analysis graphs or charts generated based on MIS HR report data are. This is my first posting. Please help!

Thanks for the reply. I have made an MIS report with the number of new joiners and employees who have left, department-wise, for the past three months. What type of analysis report can be generated from this data? I have calculated the attrition percentage. What else can be derived from this information? I am eagerly awaiting your valuable suggestions.

You can make an analysis of the reasons for attrition. Compare the number of employees who have left and the new joinings from the last six months. Based on that, calculate the average exits/joinings and present it along with the current month's data. I suggest presenting this information in a presentation format rather than an Excel sheet. Additionally, I would like to know what other kinds of Management Information Systems (MIS) you are working on.
