What is the normal annual increment provided in pharma companies? I understand that it is based on company policies and how well they do, but is there anything like a fixed percentage? I would appreciate if fellow colleagues can share what their companies provide them so I can have some idea. Thanks. This is urgent, so kindly respond as soon as possible.

According to a recent survey, increments on average in pharma have been in the range of 16% to 19%. The maximum increases for high performers have been at 24-25%.

But the way salaries in pharma are moving suggests adding another 5% or so on top of this for a realistic figure!!
