Hello. I am working as a JR-Executive HR. Knowledge of legal and statutory compliances is very important, so I would like to know how I can learn about these compliances. Should I read books or do a course? What would be more advantageous? If I do a course, I wish to know about institutes in Mumbai which offer part-time or distance learning courses in legal compliances or labor laws, preferably in Mumbai.
